What Nortnspoil uses
Your account identity, age band, country/jurisdiction, life context, selected development goals, consent records, check-ins and the product data needed for Talk, Understand, Grow, Memory and Passport.
Your private conversations
Ordinary private Talk text is not copied into the public feedback analytics layer and is not made available to schools, employers, managers, sponsors or institutional customers simply because they provide access.
Students and younger users
Age remains part of the safety context. KAEC Nigerian Schools students can use the product through the recorded guardian-consent and one-time student-authorization path. Other younger users may require the appropriate consent path before private emotional processing is available.
Safety and safeguarding
Privacy does not mean Nortnspoil will encourage secrecy around serious danger, abuse, grooming, coercion, exploitation, self-harm or credible threats. Safety-first guidance may encourage involving a safe trusted person or appropriate local support.
Learning from use
Nortnspoil may ask short optional usefulness and trust questions. Those signals help improve the product without requiring us to read ordinary private conversation text as research material.
Data minimisation
We aim to collect only what the product needs, protect user-owned rows at the database level and avoid duplicating sensitive material when a smaller signal is enough.
